LINDA HOLMWOOD

PROJECT 1
Character 52 – Japanese Armor Curator

He loved to smoke. The main thing he enjoyed about smoking was the rolling. It was an old habit he picked up while studying at London School of Arts 20 years ago. His painting skills were excellent and came in handy, especially in winter where he could make a little cash sketching characters in the pubs.
He had the ability to always be there at the right time and slowly muscled his way though several teaching positions at the school then assistant director of a nearby museum. His manner and persistent approach to a challenge won him the job at Berlin Museum as the Curator of Japanese Armor. It’s a long story about how he found his way to Berlin. It all had to do with romance, a beautiful blonde he met at an art auction in Berlin 5 years before he got the position as curator. They spent most of their weekends travelling from Berlin to London or meeting half way in a cute cottage they found in France until he manage to find this new position.
He’s good at his job. Always finding that special piece at a bargain price for the museum, travelling to all corners of the world. He enjoys the challenge and meeting new people, always with a sense of humor.
